Name and Occupation?
Ryan Sheckler, professional skateboarder.

And your sponsors are?
Plan B, Etnies, Volcom, Bones, Silver Trucks, Ninja Bearings, Mob Grip, CCS, Nixon, Red Bull, Oakley, Amp'd Mobile and Kicker.

How old were you when you got your first cover on the infamous Big Brother magazine?
8 years old

After you got that cover, how fast did everything come together for you?
It was already coming together, I think that's why I got the cover. People were still really skeptical about whether or not I would make it or burn out. I think it's pretty clear now that I'm down for life.

You have won so many contests from C.A.S.L. events to the ever-growing Dew Tours. Is there one contest that you consider your greatest achievement?
Well, winning the X games at 13 probably ranks right up there at the top. I'd like to win another one to back it up. I got really close last year with silver.

After thinking about it, you have never won an event in Tampa. Does it bug you that you've gotten real close but never brought home the goods?
You had to bring that up didn't you? Yeah, it bugs me a lot. You know, Rob Dyrdek wrote a movie 'Street Dreams' and in the movie, my character wins the Tampa Am. That's the closest I've ever gotten.

You have traveled the world back and forth and side-to-side. What's your favorite place to skate?
Melbourne, Australia, no question.

Were you aware that Rodrigo Tx lived in that apartment complex that you backside flipped off in Round 3?
No, I had no idea.

Things on film sometimes don't do spots justice. Your closer in 'Round 3' did NOT have that problem. What's going through your mind right before you throw the board down for that leap?
I try not to think or over think it. I really just visualize landing it!

Now that you have joined the Plan B squad, how does it feel to be apart of such a diverse group of great skateboarders?
It's amazing! Danny and Colin are so down. I really feel like I'm part of a family that's going to make history. As you know, Paul and I are great friends, so the move was a no brainer.

What are your plans for the upcoming year?
I have so much going on! I'm in the middle of making a pilot for MTV. I'm working on a movie project. I'm also skating and filming everyday. I start traveling next week doing trade shows and demos promoting my switch to Plan B. I really just go where I'm told and enjoy every moment of it. My life is truly amazing.
