Where did the nickname "The Wizard" come from?
My friend Reese was showing the Real team around Atlanta. He was hyping me up to Lance Dawes and Jasin Phares. They kept telling him, "Wow, your friend sounds magical, like a Wizard". From there, after I met them it just stuck.

What videos parts are you working on right now?
I have an AM cameo in the upcoming Nike video and I have a full part coming in the Real video 'Life and Times'.

When you 360 flipped the California St gap in SF, was that something you planned or did it just happen?
It was Morf�s idea. We had just shot my Spitfire ad and we were cruising around SF and stopped at the gap. So I ollied it a few times and Morf suggested the tre flip. So I started it and was just going way too fast so Ramondetta mentioned to just roll into it without pushing. Four tries later and I had it. Thanks Morf and Pete!

How does it feel to be an AM with your own t-shirt "Air Justin"?
It's amazing because my dad is a huge Chicago Bulls fan and the way the shirt resembles the classic Jordan picture makes it all that more special to me. I am so thankful to Deluxe for that opportunity.

How long after you met the guys from Real did you get on the team?
Well I met them in November 2004 in Atlanta. Then in December 2006, I was asked to join the team. So it was about two years.

What�s an average day like for Justin Brock?
Wake up, get some coffee and food. Then the DTELOC crew takes to the streets of Atlanta skating all day. Sometimes we hit the skateparks in the area as well. The average day consists of a lot of skating.

What can the kids expect from Justin Brock in 2007?
Just skateboarding�Lots and lots of skateboarding. If you see me out skating say what�s up!

Do you have any advice for kids trying to come up?
Just skate to skate. Don�t worry about anything else. If you stay true to skating then good things can happen. Don�t get so caught up in trying too hard. Just have fun!
